As a paramedic with over 25 years of experience, I am able to use this first hand knowledge to teach lifesaving skills and First Aid to the highest standard. Immediate First Aid aims to give people the skills to stay calm in an emergency and treat the individual to the highest standard.

As per the Department for Education's guidance on teaching pupils first aid, I offer Mini-Medics training meet the National Curriculum objective for RSE that children and young people should be taught first aid skills at both primary and secondary levels.

1.These terms and conditions are between Immediate First Aid.co (IFA)and the customer. All dealings between IFA and the customer shall be governed by these terms and conditions which shall prevail over any others.
2. A binding contract will be formed when IFA accepts a customers order for a course(the contract).An invoice /deposit may be emailed prior to delivery of the course(S)and shall be payable 14 days prior to the commencement
3. Final payment must be paid in full no later than 1 week before the booking date.
If full payment is not received by the due date,the booking may be cancelled ,and the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Cancellations by the client : cancellations must be via email or registered letter (notice of cancellation).For the avoidance of doubt,Notice of cancellation will not be accepted by telephone. .If a cancellation occurs more than 10 days before the booking date only the deposit will be retained .If the cancellation occurs less than 10 days of the booking date 50% of the total fee will be payable.
If cancellation occurs within 3 days of the booking date ,the full fee will be payable.
5.cancellations by service provider in the unlikely event that I must cancel/amend dates or times every effort will be made to give the customer as much notice as possible and offer a reasonable alternative .if these are not satisfactory ,IFA shall refund in full the cost of the course .NO further compensation will be given. I will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the client as a result of cancellation.
6 Certificates to prove completion of course may be withheld by IFA until payment is made no refunds given and the full course fee shall remain payable ,should a learner fail any course provided by IFA and IFA make no guarantee as to a learner successfully passing any course or a learner fails to attend the full course the full fee will be payable and no refund given.
7 All learners must be physically able to kneel on the floor (if part of the course ) And administer cardio pulmonary resuscitation,in line with Health &safety Executives (HSE) Approved code of practice .
